You can book two types of sessions:
FREE Introductory Session: A 30-minute session to explore whether my coaching approach aligns with your needs. We’ll discuss your goals and challenges, and assess if we’re a good fit to work together. This call is designed to give you a clear understanding of how my coaching can support your personal and professional growth.
Book an Intro Session
Follow-Up Session: A 30-60 minute session based on your needs, with a maximum of 60 minutes per month. This session focuses on action, follow-up, and reflection, providing an opportunity to delve deeper and further design a plan tailored to you.
